The purpose of these Management Guidelines is to direct the day-to-day operation and future development of Nimbin Community Centre. The Guidelines aim to:
- Provide an outline that support the Nimbin Community Centre’s effective management of the facilities;
- Facilitate strategic, long-term planning for the development of each site;
- Assist the Nimbin Community Centre to meet its aims and objectives;
- Ensure decision-making is guided by policy that is transparent and open to community scrutiny, and
- Provide a brief historical outline of the acquisition and subsequent development of the site.
