Property Manager

Role reports to NCCI's management committee

Purpose of this role:

  • To ensure NCCI property is well managed and maintained within the NCCI's annual operating budget and in accordance with the NCCI policies and procedures.

  • To provide a link between NCCI management and tenants of the Nimbin Community Centre.

  • To facilitate smooth coordination of casual hire spaces.

  • To manage Lismore City Council's Nimbin street cleaning arrangemento

  • To promote NCCI to the wider community

  • To provide appropriate support and assistance to tenants and visitors.

  • To identify opportunities to improve NCCI properties.


Location:

The position will be based at Nimbin Community Centre - 81 Cullen Street, Nimbin, 2480.NCCI also owns and manages Birth & Beyond, 54 Cullen Street, Nimbin, 2480 and 11a Alternative Way, Nimbin 2480.


Hours:

Hours allocated to the position are 21 per week between Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm. Additional hours may be provided if approved in advance by the management committee. There is an expectation that the employee will be available, or have organised back-up, to sort urgent matters. The position will come with a dedicated mobile phone, serving as the contact for tenants, site visitors and the management committee.
