When rooms or buildings become vacant their availability is widely advertised and applications for tenancy encouraged. All applications are considered by the management committee which, in line with organisational aims, has a policy of preferencing applications delivering the greatest benefit to community. The rent applied to a particular room or building is determined by usage, size and location, and is the subject of negotiation before a binding lease agreement is entered into with the successful applicant.
