We are a home and community support for people in need of assistance, with respite options for carers, within 30km of Nimbin. A not-for-profit service auspiced by Nimbin Health & Welfare Association Inc. volunteer management committee (nimbinhealthandwelfare@gmail.com).

Providing social opportunities and individual assistance for recipients of:

• CHSP - Commonwealth Home Support Program for frail aged people entry level home support – one-to-one and social support

• NDIS - National Disability Insurance Scheme participants

• Carer Gateway short term respite for ALL carers

• Home Care Packages for aged care at home with approved provider Care Connect (www.careconnect.org.au/)

• Self-managed Home Care Packages with Trilogy Care (www.trilogycare.com.au/)

• SASH - Safe & Supported at Home for people 18-65 years old (via a medical professional)

• Compack recipients (help-at-home organized pre-hospital discharge)

• Direct Client Services we deliver individualised support to people 18+ years old by private arrangement. Fees Schedule available on request.
