Kuntao

Kuntao is a Hokkien term for martial arts. It means Way of the Fist or Way of the Stick. It refers to the

synthesis fighting styles that are developed in South East Asia such as Silat and Lian Padukan. Kuntao can

be dated to the time of the first Chinese settlements (BCE) in the archipelagos of Malaysia and Indonesia.
