"Choice" covers a broad range of explorations. When we feel we have little or no choice, it provides an opportunity to get to the bottom of more learnings about ourselves.
- The material presented will combine NVC ( Non Violent Communication)
- EI ( Emotional Intelligence) and the work of Byron Katie.
