"Choice" covers a broad range of explorations. When we feel we have little or no choice, it provides an opportunity to get to the bottom of more learnings about ourselves.
The material presented will combine NVC ( Non Violent Communication)
EI ( Emotional Intelligence) and the work of Byron Katie.
