- Classes: 8:45 AM for Bubs, 10:00 AM for Toddlers
- Details: Limited spaces available. Bookings required. Bring a mat.

- Details: Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. This class is designed to maintain pelvic floor and core health and help prepare your body for pregnancy, labour, birth, and your postpartum journey.
