Aquarius Park Landcare Group: Nurturing Our Park, One Plant at a Time

On the 16th November, our Aquarius Park Landcare Group came together for another fantastic working bee at Aquarius Park. It’s amazing to see how many hands make light work, especially in such perfect planting weather!

Thanks to the collective effort of our wonderful volunteers, we planted 125 trees, 100 Lomandra, 60 Cordyline and Ginger, and 15 Orange Thorn plants. The park is thriving and transforming into a lush, vibrant space that everyone in the community can enjoy.

These working bees are about more than planting - they’re about connection, care, and leaving a legacy for future generations. If you’d like to be part of this ongoing project to nurture and regenerate Aquarius Park, we’d love to have you join us!

Stay tuned for updates or join our Friends of Aquarius Park group to stay informed about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
